Digital License Agreement

License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from Kap10's Kustoms, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal use. Ownership of the product, artwork, files, and intellectual property remains with Kap10's Kustoms.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Install the product for your own personal use.
• Create backup copies for your own use.
• Download replacement copies using your customer account when available.
• Use the product on your own computers.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Share purchased files with other people.
• Upload products to Steam Workshop or other websites.
• Redistribute products in free or paid mod packs.
• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer purchased files.
• Claim Kap10's Kustoms work as your own.
• Modify products for redistribution without written permission.
• Extract artwork, textures, models, or assets for reuse.
• Remove copyright notices, branding, or included documentation.

Updates

Product updates may be released periodically. Unless specifically advertised, a purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates, unlimited revisions, or future compatibility with every game update.

Account Access

Purchased products may be made available through your customer account. Download access may be limited or revoked if purchases are refunded, charged back, obtained fraudulently, or if this agreement is violated.

Intellectual Property

All digital products, artwork, product images, designs, textures, files, documentation, branding, and creative content remain the exclusive property of Kap10's Kustoms unless otherwise stated in writing.

Violation of License

Violation of this license may result in termination of download access, account suspension, refusal of future service, legal action where appropriate, and other remedies available under applicable law.
